We take great care to ensure that items are properly packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged, please email info@petalandsilk.com with a photo of the item and order number  to  inform our customer service team.

It is common for the skin to be flushed after using a clay mask, however your skin should not feel uncomfortable or irritated. Please discontinue use if this occurs.

Please ensure you are using the mask for the recommended time and moisturise afterwards.

After one use the skin should feel gently exfoliated, cleansed soft however the true benefits of clay are seen with consistent continued use.
